How do I wash my Small Dark One clothing?

Turn inside out. Wash with delicate settings and cold water. Air dry, if not able to air dry, dry in low or no heat settings.

How long does shipping take?

All items ship within 14 days from our warehouse located within the continental United States.

Is there a size chart?

If there is an available size chart for an item, it will be viewable on the product's page. 

How much does shipping cost to my location?

Shipping is calculated at checkout and is based on your location and the weight/size of your purchased products.

Do items sell out?

Items are unlimited and do not sell out unless specified otherwise. Products may not be permanently on the site, and designs may be retired after an unspecified amount of time.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, Small Dark One ships to most locations worldwide.

Refund Policy

If you have received your items and they are defective or damaged, please reach out to our support team via the "? Help" Button on the bottom of the website with photos of the defect and we will investigate this issue for you. Replacement products and/or refunds may be issued depending on the situation

Shipping Policy

All items ship within 14 days from our warehouse located within the continental United States. Our independent team works hard to provide the quickest shipping times possible.

Once the shipping label has been processed, tracking information for each shipment will be provided to all customers to the contact information provided during checkout.
